BBK Karlsruhe Members’ Exhibition

PREVIEW:

Saturday, 5th of July 2025 at 6 p.m.

As in previous years, the Members’ Exhibition of the Karlsruhe branch of the German Federal Association of Visual Artists (BBK Karlsruhe) offers a captivating glimpse into the richness and diversity of contemporary art. A wide array of works will be on display – spanning painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, installations, and media art – providing an exciting and authentic snapshot of the region’s vibrant artistic landscape. I’m pleased to be contributing to the exhibition with my painting “You Are The One”, created using oil paint and sand on wood. Immediately following the grand opening on Saturday, the 5th of July at 6 p.m., the BBK warmly invites all guests to join the traditional summer party in the charming courtyard of the Künstlerhaus. The evening promises a relaxed and festive atmosphere, with delicious food, chilled drinks, and live music to celebrate the occasion.

I am delighted to announce my participation in the spectacular public Art Tunnel exhibition with my work entitled NEFERTITI. The event will take place from 16th to 29th June 2025 at Passeig de Gràcia, one of Barcelona’s busiest metro stations, as part of

EXPO METRO BARCELONA 2025

The Art Tunnel promises an extraordinary, immersive artistic experience for some 400,000 commuters over two continuous weeks. Thousands of artworks by artists from across the globe will transform Barcelona’s metro into a vast, dynamic art gallery.

You are warmly invited to attend the celebratory opening event, which will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, 16th June 2025, in the corridor connecting metro lines L3 and L4.

I very much look forward to presenting NEFERTITI to you — my personal tribute to the remarkable strength and multifaceted nature of mothers, who so often balance numerous roles with grace and resilience in their everyday lives.

MEMBERS´ EXHIBITION – BBK Karlsruhe, DE

The BBK Karlsruhe cordially invites you to the opening of its annual members’ exhibition, on Saturday, 29th of June 2024, at 6:00 PM, at the Künstlerhaus. This non-juried exhibition lasts until the 21st of July and provides a representative overview of the range of media and subjects with which BBK members work and offers diverse opportunities for creative exchange. The diversity of techniques and materials is surprisingly fresh and stunningly current. Traditionally, the opening of the overview exhibition takes place in conjunction with the BBK summer festival.
